"Cornelia was absolutely wonderful to work with. Right from the start she was easy to communicate with, and very accommodating with my schedule. We spent a good amount of time discussing the features and environment I was looking for and afterward she frequently sent me listings which fit my criteria, along with her recommendations for neighborhoods/areas that I may enjoy that I didn’t have a lot of familiarity with. Once listings appeared, she was always quick to schedule showings, and was always happy to view as many places as I desired. Additionally as I am out of town, the showings had to all be done online, and she was able to visit the sites herself and stream them to me so I could see them real-time. While touring, she would give her honest feedback, such as on noise levels, fragrances, location and surrounding area. One location was directly in the flight path of the airport, and she was very straightforward with me about how frequent the flights went overhead as well as the relative noise level inside the apartment with opened/closed windows. These touches really helped me make an informed decision from afar, and allowed me to land a great first home. She also was well versed in developing competitive offers in a very volatile market, and was always able to get an offer in with short notice. Beyond her timeliness, she would help negotiate very competitive offers, where for multiple I was in that 2nd-3rd best offer range, showing that she had a great grasp of what was needed to be competitive without grossly overpaying. And once we did some fine tuning on my end we were able to quickly place an offer on a wonderful unit and have our offer accepted. Lastly, Cornelia has a great network of lenders, inspectors, agents, and contractors who she works closely with. After having some trouble with a lender I found online, she recommended a local lender, who I ended up using for my loan. With the help of her other recommendations, we were able to move through the entire closing process smoothly, and within 21 days. Whether your a first time home buyer like myself, or someone whose been through this process many times, I would highly recommend Cornelia Siem to be your realtor."
